A customer-facing SaaS platform for browsing, booking, and managing home services in Iceland. Integrated API-driven workflows for service discovery, provider selection, and real-time booking management — built as a complete MERN stack monorepo.
The Icelandic home services market lacked a modern, user-friendly platform where customers could discover, compare, and book trusted service providers with transparent pricing and availability.
Built a customer-first home services platform using the MERN stack in a monorepo architecture. Implemented service browsing, provider profiles, real-time booking flows, form validations, and backend synchronization. Designed responsive, accessible interfaces optimized for the local market.
Enabled homeowners in Iceland to find and book trusted service providers seamlessly. Streamlined operations for service providers through transparent scheduling and delivered a production-grade platform that scaled with the client's growing user base.
Full Stack MERN Developer — built the customer-facing frontend, REST APIs for bookings and services, and backend business logic. Set up the monorepo architecture shared with the admin portal.
