The Challenge

Local businesses needed a way to manage their digital presence across dozens of platforms (Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc.) without manual effort, while gaining AI-driven insights into reviews, SEO performance, and customer sentiment.

The Solution

Contributed to a scalable Next.js platform that integrates OpenAI and third-party APIs to automate listing management, review responses, and analytics. Built modular AI interfaces for delivering actionable insights and reusable components for multi-location business management.
